I added a new candle section. This will feature some of my more interesting candles. It is written with the jQuery framework.

TPcal

During the fall of 2005 a friend suggested to me that I write a better calendar than the one they were currently using. I was really busy with school at the time, but it seemed like a cool idea. Over the course of a few months I filled many pieces of paper with ideas for my un-named calendar project. When Christmas break finally came I registered the domain www.TPcal.com, and began development. I finished before spring semester started up again, and immediately got my friends using it. Throughout the next year, much feedback was received from users requesting different features, but I was simply too busy to try to "fix" TPcal.

When I entered Spring semester, 2007, it was time for me to take on a senior capstone project in Computer Science. I tossed alot of ideas around, but eventually decided to scrap and rebuild TPcal. I spent about 250 hours over the course of 3 months building the new TPcal, and it went live on April 11th, 2007.
